Terms

All murals are painted with safe, non-toxic acrylic or acrylic latex paint. They may be washed.

  First consultation is free.  Photos and measurements will be for creative time estimations. Once the concept and location, size and general idea of the mural, is established, the proposed mural will then be discussed. Any additional need for research will be agreed to and at that time any changes or new ideas may be added before the painting.  After artwork is applied to wall, mural, any additional changes will be estimated. 

Murals are custom-designed to meet your home décor; prices will vary depending upon design, and after initial estimates, any changes or add-ons will involve additional pricing.

 Pricing Average:

- - $25 per square foot for border or simple designs in children’s room
- - Minimum charge $400
- - Rates are for murals or accents painted directly on walls is negotiable

 Pre-mural application requirements

  Walls must be freshly painted.  Best base paint is either an eggshell or satin latex paint finish.  Base painting in not included in original estimate.

- Materials
- Sketch or concept art

Pricing Does Not Include:

- research to be billed separately 
- Transportation cost outside reasonable commute is extra
- Accommodations
- Preview layout color rendering

Payment

- 50% of estimated costs at start of mural
- Balance due upon acceptance
